Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee West

The customer service was superb from the front desk clerks on all shifts to all the way to the custodians and maintenance! They made my stay comfortable and well worth it. The rooms were so spacious and spotless, clean, nice size tv and bathroom. The bathroom had hygiene products available to you in the shower as needed! I recommend this one guys any day. The location was perfect, close to everything you need and desired for example; "Walmart is directly behind the hotel and a Star Bucks nextdoor!" You have a perfect side view of Miller Park as well if you stay on the 4th level. The area is quiet and I felt safe. They have a campus security officer that roams the parking lot to make sure everyone is safe as well. Great job to you all! We are all human and mishaps and mistakes can happen, but if you just be patient with people and let people do there job, you'd be surprised what can result from that 🫶. Also, even though I never made it to breakfast, it was nice to know it was available. The cutest thing was I saw rabbits in the front lawn hanging out as if that's there home 😆. It feels refreshing when you receive good customer service all around as a whole in these new times of age. It makes the stay just well worth it! Again Great Job to Everyone! I mean it all! I will most definitely recommend to friends and family!

I was staying with my handicapped brother, and had reserved a handicap accessible room, but when we got there, it wasn't that but the person at the counter immediately upgraded us to a better room that was fully accessible for no charge. Nicely done!

we attended multiple games at American Family Field. We were able to walk to the ballpark and avoid parking. we ubered 1 game back to the hotel because it was so hot. we were close to an ihop, mcdonald's and Panda Express. we walked pretty much everywhere. I wouldn't recommend walking off the beaten path after dark, but the hotel was very well lit, secure and hospitable. the staff greeted us genuinely pleasantly each time we entered. we encountered 3 different front desk clerks, and all were equally helpful and pleasant.

I came for relaxation, while my daughter attended a bridal shower. It was quiet & the room was comfortable, my only disappointment was there was no good tv stations to watch when I wasn’t asleep. The parking was great also & I felt extra comfort knowing the lot had deco at night. Staff was professional & kind.

Convenience to Brewers Ball Park. Room was clean, spacious. You can catch a bus nearby into town. No problems with parking. Helpful staff. Easy to locate by car.
